On the 3d November, in North Crescent, Bedford Square, Massimo Gauci, Esq., formerly miniature-painter extraordinary to the Emperor Napoleon I., and well known in England as one of those who first devoted his time and talents to introduce and perfect the art of lithography in this country ; in his 78th year.

On the 6th, at the Vicarage, the Rev. Edward Barton Lye, thuty-four years Vicar of bands. Northamptonshire; in his 60th year. On the 7th, at Highgate, near Kendal, the Bev. Robert Forrest, many years Head Master of the King's School, Parramatta, New South Wales ; in his 52d year. Chi Mut 8th, the Rev. Arthur Benont Evans, D.D., Head Master of Market Boa% worth hue Grammar School ; in his 73d year.

On the 8th, at Harlewood House, Shooters' Hill, Louisa Matilda, second daughter of the late Sir Henry Crewe, Bart., of Calks Abbey, near Derby; in her 61st year. On-the 10th, at Ham, Surrey, Mrs. Hyde Parker, widow of the late Vice-Admiral. Hyde Parker, C.B.
