Ulster rising

Sir: After the eye-witness reports in the national press of police brutality to civil rights marchers in Londonderry on 5 October, and the scenes witnessed by the nation on television, the denial of police violence by the Ulster Cabinet is a pitiful and unwholesome situation. Can any British government afford to be asso- ciated with such corruption?
