Douai version. and the notes acre harndess as well as brief, with the exception perhaps of one on p. 44, where thereferenoe to there:stool:ism of the Council of Trent is in fiat contradiction to the text it pro- fesses to elucidate, which reminds one of Dr. South's remark "This text would have been clearer if it had not been ex- plained."
