ARTISTS' RIFLES JOURNAL.

We have received .the Easter number of the Artists' Rifles Journal (Is.). With this number the Journal embarks upon a fresh stage. The A.R.R.A. have handed the Journal over to the battalion, and the responsibility for its pro- duction is now laid upon the serving members. We hope the Journal will receive the support it deserves.
