The treaty for the marriage of Prince FERDINAND AUGUSTUS of
Saxe Coburg, nephew of the Dutchess of KENT and King LEO- POLD, was definitively signed at Coburg on the 7th instant, by plenipotentiaries of the contracting parties. A proxy for the Prince is probably by this time on his voyage to Portugal. The final settlement of this affair will put an end' to some schemes of the Miguelites, who had begun to show themselves again in Portugal.
