"The National Portrait Gallery," No. 22, contains portraits of the

late Lord Ellenborough and Sir Edward Codrington, from LAWRENCE, —the latter being a reduced copy of the engraving which we have already noticed as being effeminate and lackadaisical, and conveying no idea of the firm and bold character of the Admiral ; and a portrait of the late Mr. Huskisson, taken only three months before his death, the latest, if not the only one extant. The engravings are good. A reduced copy of the celebrated French portrait of Prince TALLEY- RAND, has been beautifully and faithfully engraved by Mr. PINDEN for the new edition of The Court and Camp of Napoleon, forming vol. VIII, of the Family Library.
