The proposed Reform banquet in Paris is now fixed for

Tuesday. It is ex- pected that the majority of the National Guard of Paris will sympathize with the queters. The Government is taking very serious precautions. Orders have been issued, not by the Minister of War, but by the Duke of Montpensier, as Grand Master of Artillery, for the manufacturing of ball-cartridges day and night, and the .forwarding of artillery, instanter, to the Military School, together with rockers and torches for night service. The chateau at Vincennes is undergoing preparations to place it in a state of defence. In consequence of the agitation and embarrassment caused to Ministers by the determination of the Reformers to hold their banquet, the ,French Three per Cents fell to 74.

Abd-el-Kader, accompanied by four of his relations, is about to proceed to Paris on a visit to the King. When that is over, the ex-Emir will leave the capital and take up his residence in some town in the South of France. Abd-el- Rader has not positively renounced the benefit of the capitulation, but he con- sents to allow has being sent to the East to be indefinitely adjourned.--Alahbar, Feb. 8.
