It is stated in a letter from Vienna, that the

Austrian Government has demanded satisfaction of the Canton of Ticino for its alleged share in the Milan insurrection. There is a further report, that the same Govern- ment has addressed "an energetic note" to the British Government, complaining that Kossuth and Mazzini are allowed to get up conspiracies in London.

In a letter published this morning, Kossuth disavows the proclamation to the Hungarian soldiers in Italy, recently issued in his name.

Almost no news has been received this:week from Montenegro. It had been reported that, at the demand of Austria the Turks have suspended operations ; and that Prince Daniel has at last accepted the conditions which have been offered him by the Turks : but this morning we have intelligence, dated the 17th, that the Porte declines to give a satisfactory pledge to Count Leiningen, and that the regiments which had been halted were to resume their march to the frontier.
