LIBERALS AND LABOUR.

Snt,—The outstanding fact of the political situation is that the Radicals, under the leadership of Mr. Asquith, are going deliberately to turn out the Unionist Government in order to place the Labour Party in power, thereby presumably publicly registering their preference for the policy of the Labour Party, as disclosed at the election, to that of the Unionists.—I am, Sir, &c.,
