However, I was agreeably surprised by his analysis of Aitken's personal morals and the connection he made with public morals (As I was saying, 28 June). Nevertheless, he could have made more of Aitken's 'friendly relationship' with Hugh Fraser and his more than friendly one with Fraser's wife.
