There should be a trifle of good news for travellers

on the Continent coming. The Organisation for European Economic Co-operation announces, among other things, that its member countries will try to make the tourist-allowance equivalent to 150 dollars, i.e. in English money rather over £53. Since the British representative on O.E.E.C. agreed to this the Chancellor of the Exchequer can hardly fail to add £3 to the present £50. * * * *
