The proper designation of the Ensign appointed to the 424 Foot, on the 4th November 1853, is Malcolm Drummond Viscount Forth. Capt. Price Clark, upon half-pay Unatt. has been permitted to retire from the Army, by the sale of his commission, he being about to become a settler in Canada.
