The Yorkshire Post of Thursday, November 10th, published a very

striking article on the Ulster crisis by " A Unionist Leader." The Yorkshire Post stated that though it could not publish the writer's name it was able to say that he had " the highest political qualification to speak for the Unionists of the country." The Morning Post states that Parliamentary rumour attributes the article to Mr. Bonar Law. The writer says that so far the public have heard only one side of the case, and " it is time that the Ulster position should be stated quite clearly." According to the London Press, lie remarks, the Prime Minister argues that as the Sinn Feiners have agreed to own allegiance to the British Empire and to accept the naval demands, Ulster ought to consent to come under an All-Ireland Parliament. If the London Press is not misinformed, he goes on, the Prime Minister declares that if Ulster will not give way he will not coerce her—for he cannot break his pledge—but he will resign.
