From Paris, under date of this morning, comes this despatch.

"A telegraphic message from Toulon of the 31st states that the troops were embarking, and that the squadron was on the eve of sailing. The wind was North-west, and the weather favourable."

The following telegraphic despatch, dated yesterday, is from the Vienna correspondent of the Times.

"A despatch from Warsaw of this date announces that Prince Paskie- witch set out today, and would probably arrive at Bucharest on the 4th of April. "The Austrian Bank yesterday declined the proposition of the Govern- ment to advance bard cash on the security of the State domains. "A Greek mercantile house has just received a despatch announcing that an the 29th the Russians attacked Kalafat and took three redoubts."
