SIR,—Ill your review of Devereux, you have attributed to me, the Autumn in Greece. That work was written by my brother, Mr. HENRY RTAAVER j and my desire not to rob him of the reputation he acquired by a book, the vivacity and 'spirit of which (though written in the worst stages of a Greek fever) I sincerely wish I could hope to equal, induces me to request your correction of an error very flattering to myself.
