The reopening of Sadler's Wells will be considered as an

important event by all who value the Shaksperian drama, and know that it cannot be seen in its old domain, the city of Westminster. Mr. Phelps continues in the management, and. Mrs. Warner has quitted the company. Her secession will, we fear, create a gap. The first attempt of the season is a production of Henry the Fourth. Mr. Phelps plays Sir John Falstaff as a clever and Intelligent actor would take a character out of his line • and a Mr. Cres- 'wick, who acts Hotspur, plays with much energy, and bas the advantages 'of a good face and figure. The manner in which the piece is put upon the 'stage is highly creditable to the managers of so small an establishment.
