the letter in your last issue from Dr. W. G. Black, I have to say that the teaching of the School of Oriental Studles will be open to all classes of students. If your correspondent will look at the Report of Lord Reay's Committee on the Organization of Oriental Studios in London (ca. 4560), in which tho scheme for the School was originally formulated, he will coo that the needs of missionary students are specially mentioned therein (pp. 0 and 17).--1 am, Si:, &o., P.
