Madame Viardot has recently appeared, at the Th&tre-Lyrique, in the „inside and 4leeste of Gliick. She is described as having acted and sung with all the power and brilliancy of her youth, and is said to have made an immense impression on the public. This illus- trious artist seems to have entirely discontinued her visits to London, a thing much to be regretted.
