The Industrial Visit to Russia Mr. Ernest Remnant, who organized

the industrial delegation to Russia, has stated that the mission proved that Russia offers the "largest single market available to British goods." The delegates insisted wherever they went that though loans and long credits would be forthcoming from the British side, provided that political recognition were again given to Russia by a British Government, the Soviet, on its 'side, would have to pay the debts due to British nationals and undertake definitely to end hostile propaganda. "We obtained assurances in both respects," said Mr. Remnant, "which I regard as satisfactory.", . *
