Lobby Lyrics-16

A member, whom I shall not name, Has earned himself a sort of fame, By making jibes, whenever he Can do so, at the Monarchy.

I've really never understood How any grown-up person could Find fun in making an attack On people who cannot hit back And give offence to millions who Are saddened by his jaundiced view; And, now, he's bringing out, I see, A volume called His Queen and He And seizing hold of every chance To publicise it in advance.

Now, though it's probably a way Of making impoliteness pay, How odd that one with views like these Should be so keen on royalties.
