The German diplomatists are said to be busy in intrigues
to detach Louis PHILIP from the Quadruple alliance, and procure the recognition of Don CARLOS as King of Spain. But even Louis we should imagine, would shrink from such a proceeding as this. Don Micsum. is expected soon to visit the Emperor of Austria at Vienna. METTERNICH has perhaps more work cut out for that hopeful personage.
