of lie or craft be regarded as improbable in Zinovieff ? As Lord Lee of Fareham pointed out in a letter to the Times of Monday in a recent speech reported in the Pravda of April 15th, Zinovieff, referring to the Treaty (for which negotiations were then beginning), said :- " If a revolution comes in England wo cannot promise MacDonald that we will keep our word regarding the payment of interest and principal on this loan. On the contrary, we promise that we'will break it, and once more repudiate our debts, although, unfortunately, we cannot yet fix a date for the English revolution."
