SIR,—Pharos was wrong last week in saying that the Television Act lays down that there should not be more than six minutes of advertisement in an hour. The Authority itself decided (as its last two Annual Reports explain) that the time for 'spot' advertising might be as high as, but should not exceed, an average of six minutes an hour in any one day.—
