I care to count without finding out that the Welsh hate the English, as is alleged by "loan Ap Ruffydd." The Welsh do not hate the English, but if any vulgar person, whether he be an Anglo-Saxon or anything else, is intrusive, then we should resent his intrusion and vulgarity.
