The Princess of Wales is somewhat batter,—her knee but slightly

impitved, but her general health better. The Lancet professionally observes, that " for the last three or four nights the amount of natural and refreshing sleep which has been obtained leaves nothing to be desired." We suppose natural sleep means sleep gained without opiates, and that " refreshing " is intended to convey the valuable truth that she, like the rest of the human race, felt better when she woke than when she went to sleep.
