THE King and Queen, on Monday, took a ride to Kew, where they lunched ; and returned to Windsor in the evening. On Wednesday, the King visited the Dutchess of Gloucester, at Bagshot Park.

His Majesty came to town yesterday, and held his Levee. He afterwards held a Council ; where the Royal Speech on the prorogation of Parliament was discussed and settled. To-day his Majesty goes in state to the House of Lords to perform the ceremony of prorogation.
