Osborne ; the Queen and Prince Albert taking their early walks and carriage exercises, and the young people galloping about on their ponies, or driving out in juvenile

vehicles.

Sir George Grey has been the only visitor of public name at Osborne

this week.

The Queen and Prince Albert, with their children, return to Windsor today, to remain at the Castle till the middle of February. The Duchess of Kent has taken up her abode at Frogmore for the

winter season.
