At Artane, Sir Josern BROOKE, Bart., in his 78th near. On the 8th inst., after a short illness, at his seat, Loughlinstown House, the venerable ex-Judge DAY, in his 95th year. On the 10th inst., in Upper Porchester Street, MARY ANNE, daughter of the late Rev. Sir John Robinson. Bart.

On the 15th inst., suddenly, at Thorpe Malsor, Northamptonshire, in his 81st year, the Rev. Jame YOUNG. for nearly fifty years Rector of that parish, and of Akeley-cum- Stockholt, Buckingham.

On the 14th inst., at Hemingford. Hunts, the Rev. HENRY Diemen. D.D., Vicar of Dintou, in the county of Wilts, and formerly Fellow of Magdalen College. Oxford. On the 14th inst., at Grove House, Crescent. Clapham Common, in her 531 year, MART. Relit of the late Mark Synnot, Esq.; and on the 17th inst., in his 20th year, RICHARD, their youngest and only surviving son.

At Parsonetown, Ireland, Mrs DROUGHT. Relict of W. B. Drought, Esq.. in her 96th year, in the full possession of her mental faculties. At Cranbrook. Mrs. GIBBS, Widow, in her 98th year. At Coe tun, Yorkshire, in his 99th year. Mr. RALPH ALCOCK. He was of very regular habits, much respected for his peaceable disposition, and was born and resided on the same farm duriug his long life. On the 9th iust., at Ballyhugau, Queen's County, Mrs. FITZPATRICK, in her 100th year. At Lakendara, near Mallow, Mrs. JOHANAH RYAN, in her 105th year. She retained to the last moment the full possessiou of her faculties. MARY PARNELL, many years a pauper belonging to the parish of Buttsbury, Essex, in her 107th year.
