Memorandum-The appointment of the Assist.-Surg. E. S. Docker in the 534 Foot, has not beeu cancelled, as stated in the Gazette of the 15th Jan. 1841, but he has been removed from the regiment to the 54th Foot, and not the Gist Regt. as stated in the Gazette of the 16th Feb. 1841.
