There were present, besides the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Prince TALLEYRAND, Prince LIEVEN, Prince EsrstutAzv, Baron WESSENBERGII, Baron DE NIELT- MANN, Baron BuLow ; as also Messrs. DEDEL and VERSTOLK, and General GOBLET. Yesterday another meeting was held, of several hours' duration. At midnight several couriers left the Foreign Em- bassies.—Morning Herald.
