Sir: A small conference took place at Culzean Castle the other day attended by a number of Scottish companies both large and small and a representative from Lloyd's of London. The accommodation on offer was either Turnberry at £220 a night or a rather more modest £64 for a hotel nearby. All the delegates chose the latter, with the exception of one, Plus go change. . . .
