It is reported today in well-informed circles, that a strong

reactionfor Sir Robert Peel has commenced in the numerous phalanx of Conservatives who have for some time permitted Lord George Dentinck to not as their leader against him. This, with the growing inclination of-Liberal Members to 'stand aloof from the combination of hostile parties to overthrow his Go- vernment, renders it by no means so certain salt once seemed that he will be left in a minority at the approaching division on the-IrishAssassination Bill.
