We are enabled to confirm the report of a deputation

having waited upon Lord Courtenay, requesting him to allow himself to be placed in nomination for the representation of South Devon, in place of Mr. Parker, who has accepted the Chiltern Hundreds. His Lordship has accordingly issued an address, saying, that as his political sentiments are in accordance with those of the majority of the electors he shall have much pleasure in placing himself at their disposal.—Courier March 20.
