We are authorized to state, that, by permission of the

Dean and Chapter of St. Paul's, the public will be admitted to view the fittings of the interior of the Cathedral on Monday next, and during the remainder of the ensuing week. The hours of admission on Monday will be from twelve till eight ; on the remaining days of the week from eight till eight ; and to persons speci- fying the hours between which they desire to be admitted, tickets will be delivered on and after Monday from eight a. m. till eight p. as., at the Ex- cise Office, Broad Street, and at the stores of the Commissioners of her Ma- jesty's Works and Buildings in Smith Street, Westminster. No person will be admitted without a ticket, and the number of admissions will be limited to seven hundred within each hour.-Morning Herald, Nov. 20.

Captain Harness, the Deputy Master of the Royal Mint, having requested the assistance of two officers from the Customs Department in consequence of the extreme pressure of business at the Mint, the Commissioners of Cus- toms have given directions for the attendance of two of their officers for the desired purpose until further orders.
