Seven Little Australians, By Ethel S. Turner. (Ward, Lock, and

Co.)—We are introdueed to one of those happy, mischievous families of children who drive their parents crazy, but who develop of course as they grow older into interesting characters. It is very amusing at first, and later we have a little tragedy, and then the end with a promise of future accounts of the young people. It is a fresh, lively story with an Australian background, and will amuse some young readers who like to believe that children are the same all the world over.
