There is no settlement of the printing trade dispute, and
no sign of one. Meanwhile papers like the Spectator, which the points at issue in no way concern, while the whole affair involves them in heavy financial loss and, almost insuperable editorial difficulties, have to appear as best they can. We offer our readers the usual apologies.
