Steel, half-pay Royal Artillery, has been allowed to retire from the sereiee, by the sale of an Unattached commission ; Lieut. J. W. Taylor, half-pay 59th Foot, has been allowed to retire from the service, by the sale of an Unattached commission. His Majesty has been graciously pleased to grant permission to the 66th, or the Royal County Down Regt, to boar on its colours and appointments the Harp and Crown, with the motto. '• Quis separabit ?"

His Majesty has been graciously pleased to approve of the 81st Regt. resuming the • title. of "The Loyal Lincoln Volunteers,' in addition to its present numerical..
