On the 12th, at St. James's Church, Dover, Andrew Gillen, Esq., of Wallhouse, West Lothian. to Anna Maria, only daughter of the late Captain Henry Paget Gill and of Lady Maxwell, of Calderwood Castle, Lanarkshire.

On the 12th, at Little Torrington Church, Pierce Wynne Yorke, Esq., of Dyffryn Aled, Denbighshire, to Lucy Penelope, eldest daughter of Sir Trevor Wheeler. Batt.

On the 17th, at Butleigh, Somerset, the Rev. C. Arundel' St. John Mildmay, Rec- tor of Lapworth, third son of the late Paulet St. John Mildmay, Esq., of Haslegrove House, Somerset, to Harriet Louisa, youngest daughter of the lion. and Very Rev. the Dean of Windsor and Lady Charlotte Neville Grenville.

DEATHS.

On the 26th September, at St. Mary's, South Creek, Penrith, New South Wales, Charles John Tindal, Esq., youngest son of the late Lord Chief Justice Tindal.

On the 22d December, at Hamilton, Canada, William Roger Puleston, third son of Colonel Sir Richard Puleston, Bart., of Emral Park, Flint dire.

On the 3d January, at Balljcastle, Antrim, Mary, relict of the late Alexander M'Neile, Esq.; in her 90th year. On the 7th, at Featherstone Castle, the Hon. James Hope Wallace.

On the 10th, at Great Bentley, Mr. James London; in his 101st year. His raven hair had hardly a tinge of grey.

On the 11th, at 5Iaida Hill, Colonel George Muttlebury, C.B., and K.W., for many years in command of the Sixty-ninth Regiment.

On the 11th, in Westbourne Terrace, Rear-Admiral Gordon T. Falcon.

On the 12th, at Lucan House, county of Dublin, Emily, relict of the late Colonel Vesey, and daughter of the late Right Hon. David La Touche; in her 87th year.

Thomas Evans, D.D., for many years Head Master of the King's School, Gloucester, Vicar of Sandhurst, near Glimeester, and Chaplain of the Gloucester Lunatic Asylum ; in his 52d year.
