of Belgium and Holland, but rumour describeS a 67th as agreed to. There have been fresh demands on the part of LEOPOLD for the liberation of M. THORTil ; whose continued imprisonment, whatever comes of the general question, is most disgraceful to the Great 'Powers, as they call themselves. General CHASSE has also been blustering again on the subject of Antwerp; which he threatens to destrby if the Belgian army presume in any way to interrupt or disturb his defences. There can be but one end of these things.
