We can only implore -the Government—we appeal to Mr. Lloyd Georges colleagues in the War Cabinet—to restrict Mr. Churchill's activities to their one proper ephere. Ho will try to "get back." Let the Government remember what is at stake, end so rule and confine Mr. Churchill that the breaking-point , between them-and their supporters may not be reached. Gravity, -not levity; is needed now. every moment. of every day. We never wrote with a deeper sense of duty, and we trust that we may not appeal-in vain.
