The Irish Master of the Rolls gave judgment yesterday in

the case of one of the English shareholders in the Tipperary Bank who had been placed on the list of contributories by Master Murphy. The Master of the Rolls reversed the decision of the Master in Chancery ; chiefly on the ground of the gross frauds practised in the management of the bank, especially by getting up fictitious balance-sheets and fictitious dividends. As the ease before the Court ruled all the other eases of the same kind, the whole of the English shareholders are set free.
