"PROFIT-SHARING."

[TO THE EDITOR OF THE " SPECTATOR.']

Stn,—In your interesting review of Professor Sedley Taylor's book on " Profit-sharing," you refer to me as the founder of the Decorative Co-operators Association, 405 Oxford Street. The honour of having conceived the idea of starting a London business on the lines of La Maison Leclaire, and of having supplied the energy necessary to carry such idea into practical and successful execution, belongs not to me, but to Miss Mary Hart.—I am, Sir, &c.,

Dorchester House, Park Lane, W. ALBERT GREY.
