The Trades Union Congress, rejecting the suggestion of a twenty-eight day cooling off period before a strike is declared, advises unions, when confronted with a. threat, in- stead to ring the Congress's headquarters at Museum 4030; and they will send a man within the hour to see what it's all about.

Workers work whene'er they like. When they don't they go on strike. They won't wear a general rule Of twenty-eight days for getting cool, But if they feel like going slow Ring Museum 4030.
