Prince Bismarck's illness, severe gout, is evidently real, and everything

in German politics seems to halt in consequence. The Military Bill has been crippled in committee, and it is even rumoured that the German Parliament may be adjourned over Easter, to give him time to recover, and make one of those speeches which seem to overwhelm his adversaries with their despotic frankness.
