Sus,—Few more touching episodes connected with the Navy have been recorded than the following. When the ' Ark Royal ' was tor- pedoed, and her doom certain, the crew was saved. But did the gallant fellows who formed that crew forget the ship's cats? No, indeed. Doubtless at some risk, and with not a little difficulty, they brought them all to safety A beautiful act of tender consideration for their humble friends, and one never to be forgotten.—Faithfully
