FISH FARMS.

[To THE EDITOR OF THE "SPECTATOR."] SIR,—In a recent number of the Spectator there appeared a letter from your correspondent "C?' referring to my "Fish Farms." I think that the last sentence requires correction. It is stated that my fish are sent "chiefly to Scotch rivers and lochs." As a matter of fact, I send comparatively few so far North, my friend Sir James Maitland doing, I should think, the stocking required there.—I am, Sir, &c.,
