The Queen and Prince Albert, on board their yacht, arrived

at Devonport about nine o'clock yesterday morning. They were to visit Lord Mount Edgcumbe, at Cothell House, and Earl St. Germans, at Port Eliot.

It is now understood that Parliament will be prorogued on the 27th instant.— Morning Post.
