In a letter to the Morning Chronicle, Mr. Mazzini says

that.most of the letters which he received during the operation of the Secretary of State's warrant to open them did relate to the landing of the brothers Bandiera in Italy, and therefore this Government must have been informed of that enterprise. And he mentions circumstances strongly corroborating the belief that the Neapolitan Government did entrap the conspirators.
