By the electric telegraph, news has been received from Dublin

to yesterday evening. Lord Clarendon had followed up his proclamation of Tuesday, by a notice calling all persons in Dublin to render up their arms at the Police-stations and leave them there, under penalty of imprisonment for two years; and the Police had been seizing arms throughout the city. Dublin was tranquil, and the accounts from the provinces are pacific.
