There have been several meetings of the Conservative pas ty lit the house of the Earl of Hasarsowey, who has been the principal medium of intercourse between the King and the Tory Peers for a compromise on the Irish Church Bill. The Duke of WEU.INGTf'N is said to have kept aloof from these meetings. Mr. HOLMES, the late Whipper-in of the Treasury, has been the active ugent in all the negotiations ; and the impression is, that there will be no division in the House of Lords on the principle of the bill.
